Bell Furnace brings excellent temperature in uniformity, consistent quality, and good production rates. Bell Furnace is suitable for, bright black, blue, and sherardised annealing of steel coils, non-ferrous and general heat treatment processes up to 1200°C.

The furnace is usually cylindrical or rectangular in shape, single or multi-stack loading with Fuel fired or electrically heated. Overhead crane is used to charge materials on the base, lift the heating hood and move the other parts of the equipment. Coils are tilted to the right position and placed on the annealing base.

The convection and heat transfer occurs in the base assembly. Forced atmosphere circulation is used with the help of centrifugal fan to improve convection. The cooling hood is placed over the inner cover after lifting the heating hood from the charging station. Inner cover is acting as a protective cover for charge and atmosphere.
